Grimstad pilot study focuses both on the analysis of the IAQ and on the evaluation of the impact of wood as indoor building materials on health. It covers the approach with 3 relevant settings, canteen areas, students’ residence and lecture hall.
The work with the settings, canteen, students’ residence and lecture hall, is focused on monitoring of the relevant parameters, T, RH, CO2, PM, VOCs and formaldehyde, the sampling of the key parameter for this study VOCs (including formaldehyde), the collection of OAQ in the surrounding areas and the use of questionnaires with the students and staff (because in principle this is the population group spending more time inside these settings).
